Welcome to Sawara, a sushi restaurant founded by Chef Cai and his brother-in-law, Chef Danny. Chef Cai's passion for sushi began at a young age, and after working as a Head Chef in popular sushi restaurants across the US, he decided to open Sawara to make high-quality sushi more affordable and accessible to everyone.

At Sawara, we focus on using a limited selection of fish to ensure that our ingredients are always fresh and of the highest quality. Our menu features a fusion of unique ingredients and sauces, creating special sushi rolls that are bursting with flavor. Whether you're a sushi enthusiast or trying sushi for the first time, we offer a variety of cooked sushi rolls, sushi burritos, and poke bowls to cater to all tastes.
